Do I need to pay a deposit, and when is full payment due?

To make a booking, a deposit is required. This is 20% of the total rental price. The balance is payable six weeks before arrival. If you are arriving within six weeks, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

How do I pay for my booking?

Use a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer to pay for your stay.  There is no charge to pay by credit card.

What do prices include?

Prices are listed on the relevant property description and include all charges for gas, electricity, bedding, and towels. Please remember to bring your own beach towels and linen for travel cots as these are not provided.

Can I use St Michaels Resort facilities?

As you have booked a beach residence managed by St Michaels Resort you have complimentary access to the health club and swimming pool. Please visit/contact The Health Club to make a booking. You also receive 10% discount in St Michaels restaurants, bar, and spa. If you would like to attend a Health Club class then a £5 booking fee applies.

What's provided in beach residences?

Each independently-owned residence is different but most owners will provide a welcome pack with some supplies of tea, coffee, milk and sugar and breakfast items for your arrival. 

The beds will be made up for your arrival and towels are provided for each member of your party. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. You can opt for a daily clean for an additional charge. If you require this service, please opt in for this additional service online or ask our reservation team at the time of booking.  

What time should I arrive and depart?

The time at which property will be available for your arrival is shown on the confirmation letter – usually it is 4pm. Check out is at 10.00am on the day of departure.

Is parking included?

Parking is in the ground floor Liner Car Park in the designated bay and the vehicle must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking for registered guests is free. Parking is not permitted within the main resort car park, which operates a Parking Eye system.

All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. St Michaels Resort will not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. If a vehicle is left in the resort or apartment parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the resort, the resort reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs are permitted on resort premises.

E-charge points are available only for apartments 22 & 23.

Where do I collect keys?

Please park your car in the allocated parking space in The Liner building. You can then make your way to St Michaels Resort arrival lounge to check-in and collect your key.

Is bedding/towels provided?

Bedding and towels for each of the guests booked to stay in the property is provided. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is confirmed with the reservations team prior to your stay, to ensure that you have enough linen and bedding. Please note that linen for travel cots is not provided. Beach towels are not provided so please remember to bring your own.

Who manages the beach residences?

The owner appoints St Michaels Resort to manage and clean the property. We can also help to resolve any problems during the stay.

Who do I contact with problems/issues?

Please contact St Michaels reception team at the earliest possible opportunity. 

Is smoking permitted?

The Liner Beach & Garden Residences are 100% Smoke-Free including on the balconies. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odour which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, incense, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility. 

Guests are encouraged to notify our crew if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odours. 

Are beach residences dog-friendly?

Dogs are welcome at some properties, and this is indicated on the property description with an additional fee from £20 per dog per night, payable at the time of booking. Please ensure that you clear up after your dog and do not let your dog enter bedrooms or sit on furniture. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the apartments. Please keep your dog on a lead in public areas.

Are beach residences available for short breaks?

Most properties offer short breaks outside peak times and school holidays with a flexible arrival date.  The minimum stay duration is three nights.

What is your policy on parties and noise?

St Michaels Resort enforces a No Party Policy to ensure we can protect the resort, beach residences and our guests at all times.  No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise.  If our request is not followed, all guests will be asked to leave the resort without refund. The registered guest(s) are responsible for all persons visiting.  Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 10:00 P.M. If found with more “people” not listed on the Guest Registration after 10:00 P.M. your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund. 
 
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact our crew. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.  Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in public areas. 

Why do you need details of guests on booking?

Please ensure that you let us know how many will be staying in the property during the holiday so that adequate linen can be provided and in case of any emergencies. It is helpful to have the names of all the people in the group provided when booking. Some owners also have preferences on the types of groups and ages that can be accepted in their property. Please check with our reservations team when booking for full details.

What is your policy on damages/theft?

The named guest on the reservation is liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), the Liner residence premises, or property caused by you or any person in your party whether you are staying at the residence during the booking window. St Michaels Resort reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered at the Liner Residences because of the aforesaid. Should this damage become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your residence or resort/building property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

What happens if I need to cancel my holiday?

We advise that all guests take out insurance against cancellation of the holiday as the deposit is non-refundable.

How can I give feedback?

We value feedback from our guests and will send you a request to complete an online questionnaire following your stay.
