St Michaels Resort Health Club offers the most extensive and varied fitness class timetable in Falmouth with more than 100 instructor-led classes each week ranging from 25 to 60 minutes. Whether you’re looking to burn calories in a high-energy cardio workout, want a leaner physique through resistance and toning, would like to relax and de-stress or just want to have fun, our health club has something for everyone both in the Falmouth area and for guests staying at the resort.

Our health club has over 30 different class types and 3 dedicated studios plus classes on Gylly beach in the mornings and evenings, weather permitting, our group workouts are sure to get your heart racing and your whole body toned.

Aqua Circuits

A dynamic workout in the water which is suitable for all ages and abilities. Using water dumbbells and varying resistances, this class is great for those looking to stay fit with no impact training.

Inspired by Pilates and ballet moves however requires no previous dance experience. It’s time to strengthen, stretch and tone your whole body.

Beach Blast

Get ready for some body weight resistance training and cardio training on Gylly Beach. Push your body to it’s limits with squats, burpees and sprints in this cardio based blast class.

Bootcamp

Held outdoors to get the endorphins pumping, this military style fitness workout encompasses many training styles. For an even more extreme fitness class, try out battle bootcamp held on Falmouth’s Gyllyngvase beach. Be prepared to get pushed to your limit!

Express Spin

The moves in Body Attack cater for both beginners and addicts. High energy is needed in this workout which combines athletic movements such as running, jumping, and lunging with strength exercises like push ups and squats. The perfect barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast.
