Members: £40 for a single session or £337.50 for 10 sessions.
Our one-on-one wellness training focuses on flexibility, mobility and stretching. This training is perfect for those who have past injuries or are new to gyms.
Members: £35 for a single session or £315 for 10 sessions.
Non-members: £40 for a single session or £360 for 10 sessions.
Lacking motivation? Mix it up and workout with a friend or a group.
Personal Train with a Friend (2 people): £20 per person per session, or a block of 10 sessions for £350 (£175 per person)
Personal Train in a Group (3 - 6 people): £15 per person per session

Dip your toes into fitness with our personal swim training for just £25 per session. We also offer open water swimming courses for just £10 per session for 3 hours.
