Our one-on-one wellness training focuses on flexibility, mobility and stretching. This training is perfect for those who have past injuries or are new to gyms.

Buddy training (2 people): £30 per person per session, or a block of 10 sessions for £270 per person.
Get in your best shape with our 12-week bootcamp and have a pamper to prepare for your special day. Including a 3 Month Gym, Swim, Classes & Tennis Membership, Personal Training Sessions, Spa Treatments and more...
Dip your toes into fitness with our personal swim training for £25 per session or 10 sessions for £225. Members receive 10% off these prices. We also offer open water swimming courses from £10 per session for 3 hours.
