Our one-on-one wellness training focuses on flexibility, mobility and stretching. This training is perfect for those who have past injuries or are new to gyms.
Members: £36 for a single session or £324 for 10 sessions.

Dip your toes into fitness with our personal swim training for £25 per session or 10 sessions for £225. Members receive 10% off these prices. We also offer open water swimming courses from £10 per session for 3 hours.
