The VYV Women’s Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night immersive experience hosted here at the resort on 27th March 2026. Designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence and gentle energy restoration, it blends grounding yoga, Blue Lotus tea ceremonies and guided sound-toning immersions, with limited spaces to ensure a meaningful and personal experience.

Meet a friend after work or the beach for an evening of live acoustic music, soulful sounds and wind-down weekend vibes. Pick your favourite Friday cocktail from the bar and get excited about the act. Live in the Lounge is a great way to do pre-dinner drinks before eating at Brasserie on the Bay.

Celebrate Easter Sunday with a relaxed three-course lunch at Brasserie on the Bay, where spring flavours, sea views and shared moments come together. Little ones can follow the clues on our Easter egg hunt, while every table receives a special sweet treat, making it a truly special day for the whole family.

WanderFAL wanders across genres, blending live music and arts to create a truly memorable weekend of entertainment. With a selection of local artists and those from further afield, the weekend becomes lively and a welcoming event that truly reflects Falmouth’s creative spirit.
24 - 25 April
Porthleven Food Festival is a vibrant celebration of Cornwall’s food and drink scene, held each spring in the picturesque harbour village of Porthleven. The festival brings together top local chefs, street food traders, and producers, offering cooking demonstrations, live music, and plenty of delicious tastings.

Once described by its creators as a small piece of heaven on earth, where three verdant valleys unfold with sunlit banks, exotic plants and spring wildflowers. Winding paths lead to the unspoilt hamlet of Durgan on the Helford River, then past quiet ponds, a towering tulip tree and echoes of the Fox family story. At its heart, an old maze continues to bewilder visitors.
Trelissick sits on its own peninsula, framed by sweeping views across the Fal estuary. Meandering garden paths invite unhurried exploration, passing exotic plants and herbaceous borders alive with colour. The house opens seasonally, offering a glimpse into the lives and histories of the families who once called it home.
Pendennis Castle stands guard above the sea, its ancient stone walls commanding views across the glistening seas and beyond. Built by Henry VIII, it has watched over Cornwall’s coastline for centuries, shaping the story of the harbour below.
Set sail for a relaxed trip on the water. Every day, the ferry runs a later service between Falmouth Prince of Wales Pier and St Mawes, giving you more time to enjoy the coastal scenery and the charm of the village.
SURF! The major exhibition from National Maritime Museum, just down the road from the resort, celebrates a century of surfing in Cornwall, and how the county has become a global stage for everything surf. It explores how Cornish surf culture has influenced music, film, fashion and art with unseen works and undiscovered female surfing histories.
From Grebe to Port Saxon, explore the Helford Estuary this summer and find glorious beaches. Just a 15/20 min drive from the resort there's plenty of places to park up and wander down. Go at night and you might even find the famous phosphorescence in these waters!
