Led by experienced yoga practitioner Lauren Bloxham, this two hour session focuses on hip and lower back mobility. It explores new ways for mobilising movement through stretch and gentle flow, somatic tracking and guided relaxation – all working to alleviate painful sensations in tight hips and niggly lower backs.

Lower back pain is something Lauren has experienced and managed regularly since having children and has led her to some interesting revelations, research and practices. She inspires all who come to to her workshops to open their minds and meet themselves with spacious and compassionate awareness.

Join experienced yoga teacher Ruth Sandall for a restorative two-hour session held by candlelight. This calming evening workshop invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and connect inward through a gentle therapeutic yoga flow, followed by a creative and restful yoga nidra practice.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Ruth’s thoughtful guidance will help you soften into stillness, soothe the nervous system, and find a greater sense of calm and clarity.
