Come and try this deep and meditative practice. Yin Yoga is a practice of holding stillness in poses in order to go deep, to tune into the body and self and to encourage circulation, release and flexibility in the fasciae of the body by applying moderate stress; feeling at the edge. Linked to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin sequences follow and stimulate the meridians of the subtle body.
Yin is a space to feel and sense. Stillness, Silence, Time, Presence.
