Join us for a relaxed AA Rosette Cornish dining experience, overlooking our sub-tropical gardens and on to the dazzling sea beyond.
Our Cornish Executive Head Chef Darren and his brigade work closely with local producers, farmers and fishermen (more about that here). Passionate about using Cornish grown, reared and hooked produce, together with Head Chef Ady he crafts dishes that are big on local flavours and low in food miles.
At dinner we offer the choice of two courses for £38 or three courses for £45.

Saturday's 12pm - 2pm

Please note: Pooches are not allowed in the Brasserie on The Bay, but are welcome in the Bay, Garden Kitchen, Locker and bar areas.
