You'll start with a fitness consultation to go through your diet and fitness aims. Our trainers will set goals and recommend classes.

You will be set a 6-week fitness programme by our trainers which will be reviewed on a regular basis in order to meet your goals.

17m indoor heated pool with a sauna, steam room and ice bucket experience showers.

Post workout - detox in the sauna, wake up with an ice bucket shower and relax in the pool. Open for general swimming and aqua aerobic classes.

Dedicated studios

Enjoy our dedicated spin studio and gig studio featuring Keiser and Concept 2. 

These spaces are available for your workouts or you can sign up to our spin and gig classes - available for beginners and intermediates.

We offer the most extensive and varied class timetable in Cornwall. Packed with variety, there's always new to try for off-peak times.

Terms and conditions

Personal training sessions must be taken once every 3 months. Sessions are subject to availability, advanced booking is required. Memberships can only be used during off-peak times (9am - 4pm weekdays and after 3pm on weekends). These memberships are fully inclusive, giving you access to classes during off-peak times only and the pool, steam room and sauna located in the Health Club.
