Why not try: Kayak tours of our Falmouth coastline

Falmouth

St Michaels Hotel is brilliantly located for exploring Falmouth’s four world-class beaches, which are all excellent for families because of their access and facilities, and for watersports such as surfing, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling and diving. Why not try...

THE SIT-ON-TOP KAYAK TOURS

The perfect way to view the stunning coastline with our friends at Gylly Adventures. Starting from Gyllyngvase beach, you'll take a steady trip around Pennance Point towards Maenporth Beach where you stop for a quick ice-cream from the beach café. Along the way you’ll meander in and out of gullies, venture into deep caves and get within touching distance of the famous old shipwreck Ben Asdale. If you're lucky there’s the possibility of being joined by seals and even dolphins. This trip lasts for 2-3 hours and all equipment is provided - you'll just need to bring your sense of adventure!

LIAM AT GYLLY ADVENTURES SAID:

"We have the most interesting and diverse coastline in the UK right on our doorstep. On our coastal tours, you can expect to kayak in and out of caves, paddle right past a fully exposed shipwreck and stop off halfway for a drink before heading back to Gyllyngvase beach."
