Perched on the edge of Falmouth harbour is the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. Winning multiple awards since it opened, the museum is packed to the rafters with all things nautical – clamber around a real search and rescue helicopter, fold yourself into a tiny life raft, or explain the main hall.
TOP TIP:
Climb to the top of the tower for a birds eye view of Falmouth before heading down to the chilly bottom level where you’ll find yourself under the water level and gazing out at fish swimming through the harbour.
