Our four-night break begins on 23 Dec. Arrive a little early to wander around our Christmas market, showcasing gifts — from jewellery to local crafts — for any last-minute gifts. Find Santa's Grotto at the market for excited little ones to meet the man himself. Afterwards, unwind with warm mince pies and steaming mulled festive drinks. As you start to truly relax, we invite you to enjoy three courses of exquisite Cornish food in the ocean-facing Brasserie on the Bay.
As the big day draws closer, enjoy a Christmas Eve like no other. A lazy Cornish breakfast leads into a wealth of opportunities. Wander the streets of Falmouth, amble across wintry beaches, strike out on the coast path or simply cocoon yourself in luxury here at St Michaels. Then, as darkness falls, ignite your Christmas spirit with a live brass band playing carols and festive music and prepare for your Christmas Eve three-course dinner.
As Christmas Day dawns, your festive celebration begins with a special breakfast and fizz. You might then begin pondering the possibility of joining the locals for a quick splash in the chilly seas at nearby Gylly Beach. The brave will be rewarded with hot chocolate and a fresh pastry to accompany that post-plunge sense of satisfaction. After that, we'll serve a wonderful five-course Christmas lunch from midday. Before you settle in to relax, bask in the beautiful surroundings and feast on an evening meal with our famous Christmas quiz.
On Boxing Day, a relaxed breakfast brunch awaits. Then perhaps it's time to take to the coast path for a crisp festive walk before returning to the warmth of St Michaels. Take a nap in your room or book a sea view spa session and refresh for dinner — a decadent 3-course meal at our Brasserie on the Bay restaurant. Then relax to soulful live music from Cornish singer songwriter, Kaj.
