Enjoy a week of wellness activities and relaxation as part of your Full Board Break at St Michaels.

There’s no better way to start your Full Board Break at St Michaels than with a sunrise yoga session on nearby Gylly Beach. You’ll also find daily al fresco fitness classes, our seaside tennis courts and guided kayak tours amongst a cornucopia of wellness activities designed to have you feeling good again.

As Covid-safe advice becomes available we will be adding to our range of wellness activities.

Enjoy yoga on the beach and classes in the gardens among a variety of daily activities run by our expert Health Club trainers.

Enjoy a seaside tennis game

Tennis is even more fun with our recently refurbished seaside courts. Enjoy the St Michaels tennis courts with coaching options also available.

Get out on the water

Take a trip on the water with our friends at Gylly Adventures who offer a range of activities including coasteering and kayak tours as well as paddleboard, kayak and wetsuit hire. See the full range of options here.

As part of our daily programme of al fresco Health Club classes, enjoy some yoga on the beach with our expert yogi Bex.

Try your hand at rowing
Day 5 Try your hand at rowing

We've teamed up with our friends at Carrick Rowing Club Cornwall to provide guests with one-to-one sliding seat rowing sessions. Forget Oxford and Cambridge, you're in Cornwall now: enjoy rowing with a harbour view!

You're on holiday after all, so give those tired limbs a rest, enjoy a little gentle yoga, take a coastpath stroll or a gentle sea swim or simply lounge on the spa deck and soak up some rays.
