You’ll also find daily al fresco fitness classes, our seaside tennis courts and guided kayak tours amongst a cornucopia of wellness activities designed to have you feeling good again.
As Covid-safe advice becomes available we will be adding to our range of wellness activities.
Enjoy yoga on the beach and classes in the gardens among a variety of daily activities run by our expert Health Club trainers.

We've teamed up with our friends at Carrick Rowing Club Cornwall to provide guests with one-to-one sliding seat rowing sessions. Forget Oxford and Cambridge, you're in Cornwall now: enjoy rowing with a harbour view!
