“I grew up surrounded by tennis and invasion sports. From a young age I competed in county Tennis, Basketball and Hockey and carried this through to university where I studied Strength and Conditioning as a degree.”

Fitness Instructor
Ben Harris
I’ve always enjoyed being active and competed in multiple athletic disciplines, semi-pro football and Muay Thai boxing. Now I focus my passion on coaching others to achieve their own goals and ambitions.

Studio Coordinator
Bex Rowe
“After discovering a love for fitness when my dad bought me a road bike, and attending fitness classes at uni I decided to turn my passion into a profession and became a personal trainer. Soon after that I completed my exercise to music and found my love for teaching classes.”

Health Club Supervisor
Stephen Owen
“My love for fitness started at an early age with participation in team sports founding the basis of my passion. I enjoy training outdoors using my own body weight and different formats of training to keep myself challenged and motivated.”

Health Club Assistant
Emma Nunn
“I used to do a lot of sport at school and competed nationally and internationally in rowing. I indulged often in road running and since completing my level 3 PT in 2014, have moved more towards enjoying short sharp training and weights. If I ruled the world my exercise routine would be just squats, Pairs rowing and boxing all day, every day.”
Fitness Instructor
Megan Bryson
“After moving to Cornwall 4 years ago for my art degree I found a love for fitness, especially weight training. On completion of my degree I decided I was going to make a career for myself in the fitness industry. I quickly qualified as a level 2 fitness instructor and spin instructor. I aim to be doing my ETM and level 3 PT courses soon.”

Fitness Instructor
Vickie Robinson
“Having grown up in Falmouth I moved to Newcastle to train as a Sports Therapist working alongside rugby teams as part of their pitch side management team. Since then, I have developed my career as both a group-exercise instructor and GP referral specialist.”

Fitness Instructor
Lauren Shuker
“After completing professional dance training I realised that ballet doesn’t have enough burpees, so I thought I’d combine the two and lead a double-life. Currently dreaming of being CrossFit champion in future. Planning to complete my Strength & Conditioning qualification in the meantime.”

Fitness Instructor
Leon Chambers
“After serving 10 years in the army where I represented the forces in competitive rugby and Battalion boxing, I left to pursue a career in the fitness industry.”
